It gets weirder.

When she was with her last agency (FLES? I think, but could be wrong.) The same thing happened a few months back. I called to set up an appointment and they also told me she never flew out here after she was scheduled to be here a week in advance. The scheduler apologized to me, seemed pretty miffed at her at he time.
