Providers get partial VIP, which includes PMing, only when their profile is linked to their handle. Hers isn't. She might have paid VIP, but I'd put low odds on that.

IMO an ad on the Minnesota Ads board, with contact info and link to a web site, would have been a lot more useful than a post here.
