...have not received a reply, so I am wondering if she's real, or inundated with PMs.  But you're right:  How the hell do we know who you are?  How do we schedule?  Seems odd that she can get set up in TER yet not know enough to provide a link and/or basic information.

Providers get partial VIP, which includes PMing, only when their profile is linked to their handle.  Hers isn't.  She might have paid VIP, but I'd put low odds on that.  

Maybe it's difficult to post ads through the cyber security at the police station....  I'm not usually suspicious, but something about her post/ad - both too targeted and too naive to be a provider.
