Some of these new reviews are frustratingly vague and not informative at all, which I thought was the point. The new Brook review,  for instance, leaves a lot tone asked. Just my 2 cents.

maybe the provider specified it to her client to make it vague?? Or...you could always write to the person who posted the review

Not a bad idea.  Sometimes a little more info is available by PM.

The idea is to provide enough info for the readers to understand what happened to help them decide if they want to try and see the lady being reviewed.  Having to send out PMs, while occasionally necessary, just complicates matters.
