Have never seen this before...New Reviews listing a new profile with a bad ME ad link and zero reviews .
How does that happen?  

Totally crazy,  why post it?

Now that it is up -assume they made him change something
First review of new provider
Profile states covered BJ narrative and score say sloppy or uncovered  
Wonder if next four or five reviewers will give a ten for looks also.

I see the review is up now.  And now the ME ad link works.  And yes suspect first review by first time reviewer.  Thanks Ranger.

Then this morning I saw there was now a review attached.  As has already been pointed out, the review is highly suspicious and the profile is contradictory.

I did see this happen one time before and TER removed the profile.  I'm guessing their process allows the creation of a profile before they do their verification checks on the initial review.
