I have been lusting over the pics of this 19 yr old for a couple days now (especially the rear view one!), and was ready to call and chart some new territory, but when I dialed my phone memory already was storing her # under the name "Tina", a TER search of the ph# came up with nothing, but I started thinking (with the big head!) I remember a black girl by that name who was nice, but a little too "thick and stacked" for my tastes. anyway, this new girl must have got the hand-me-down phone or something, so I thought I'd ask around the community before diving in head first.(with the little head!) The rational side of me says she probably works for an agency and got the phone when the other girl moved on, but the "consperacy theory" side says LE got her phone in a raid and is now using it in a sting opperation, so I'll wait until someone with a bigger sack of nuts than me approves the way!
There is an excellent chance this is a cell phone. It could very well be that the number was at one time assigned to Tina who later got rid of the service and now Nicole just happened to be assigned it when she got cell service. Some time ago I actually saw a provider ad where their number was a number I used to have.

My "SITH" sense, has saved me more than once over the years; I was there, but avoided trouble when mngc got hit, the night Camp Ripley got the colonoscopy, a few days before channel 9 shows up at the AMP in nordeast, and a few more near misses that are to sensitive to discuss, so please pardon my para-neurotic complex, I've earned the right to be twitchy! The bummer is, "To boldly cum where where no man has came before" is my favorite part of the quest, and it's hard to do as a yellow-bellied coward, shaking in my boots!
