Not that I'm complaining, but it seems like there are tons of new faces all on BP and most are having a $100 Special.  Are most of these to good to be true.  And if all these providers know about TER, why dont they use it their advantage and get as many reviews as possible.  If I dont see some reviews I dont call, little too scary for me with LE.

Are most of these too good to be true?  Almost certainly?

Do all these ads mention TER?  If not, there is no reason to think they necessarily know about TER.
