First is what I said about my post below…screw metal ones. I would go with silicone, and make sure that it will stretch. You have to put it on when you are semi hard and then to take it off.  There are ones that sell at your brick/motor sex shops and online, but there are also medical penile bands that sell at medical supply. You can get them either sized or adjustable…be careful on getting the right size. They are some with “wings” to help get it off, but I did hear that will put pressure on the top and bottom of your junk.
