Most gal's I know would except two references from any local & reputable provider you've visited with in the past 6 months.
If your a member on any verify sites it's something you should include....most people have a TER handle & it's good to include that to.
Pretty basic, I'm pretty for sure that these few simple steps would have you seeing most of MN's beautiful.
There's no reason to think of all the problems one MIGHT encounter while screening.

Screening can be such a pain in the ass for everyone. It has to be done to right right degree in every case, but it is NOT black and white by any means. Frustration can be caused by both sides in a heartbeat.
Every lady and guy has different means to accomplish this task!
It is rare to find any TWO alike and NONE that are fool proof, I am a fool ask me I know!
Examples of frustration.
A lady may ask for 20 different things in a screening form, but only require a variation of them NOT ALL.
Most times that is figured out through poke-n-hope because it is rarely spelled out! Name(real name, board name, first and last name) what for sure, but almost all ask for a name right!
If a lady asks for 20 things, some guys will give all 20 things including SS# because they are TOO trusting! Some guys will give name and references because that is all the last lady really required. Some will give bored names and TER whitelist because he thinks that should be enough.
So really a good screening page should list minimum requirements. If a guy don't have it he knows to move on. Wait, ladies say they don't want to lose clients that easily, they wanna know a gent is trying and may find a way to work things out.
Bottom line, we all need to be more patient, and work things out on both ends. Does it feel like a waste of time on both sides, YES! can we go without it entirely? NO
Pointing fingers mean money stays in a guys pocket and he is frustrated and girl goes without a client. nobody wins.
I have seen some very very well done screening pages and some really terrible ones.

NOT ALL or nothing or a guessing games as to what the lady really requires!
I know I know a lady would like to have as much as possible, but then you run into the guy putting bit and pieces in hoping it is enough!
