Agreed, at least, the picture is definitely the same one used by Britney. There was some debate about her also using the same pics with the name of Destiney also. The name change debate has run its course already, but for my money, the VAST majority of NAME CHANGES (versus using more than one name at once) are attempts to avoid bad press.
