This is not a proposal for new policy at TER, it is musings about a completely different way for the community to connect.

My ideal board would:

Be a woman's cooperative so that they the women retained and share the revenues and set policy.

Allow hobbyists to write their own profiles and to limit who saw them (e.g, limit them to providers with more than 5 reviews, of a certain age, in a certain location, etc)

Allow providers to set up their own profiles (linked to the review profiles) through which they could sell pictures, video chats, underwear or whatever.

Have private chat rooms which would be theme related and which could instantly be opened in the middle of a thread for extended discussion.

Allow search functions to scan other compatible on-line boards at the provider's discretion as to whether she wanted to be visible from those external sites and the hobbyist's choice as to whether he went there.

Offer multiple search options for discontinuous variables like body build, ethnicity.  
Not have aliases.
Be offshore

I have ZERO interest in joining such a board, but I think you should start one anyhow.

BTW just for the record, I think your idea for a board sucks balls, but hey, it's a suggestion board and all suggestions should be welcome. Even the stupid ones. lol

This is a hobby board that is for protecting and shareing hobby information. It is NOT just a provider advertising board.

Most other boards allow hobbyists to write a brief profile to facilitate screening--this adds the ability to control who sees them.

One stop shopping for pics, video chats, underwear or whatever is an enhanced service for people who want them.
 
Private chat rooms would enable people to pursue topics in depth with a group instead of one person.

Allowing user choice for expanded search other other compatible on-line boards would expand the usefulness of searches to hobbyists and provider especially as people travel to areas where non-TER boards dominate.

Offshore is SOP.

Nothing in this stops the reviews--that form the heart of this board.  Prof, you must have tenure--you have lost your edge.

My tenure has taught me the board Must be managed with neutrality not run by hobbyist or providers.  Your first point "Be a woman's cooperative so that they the women retained and share the revenues and set policy." is the major problem.  

Honestly, reading your first point made the rest irrelevant to me. Thank you for your concern, my edge is as sharp as ever.
