When you see a provider with a lot of good reviews and one bad one, the odds are squarely in your favor that the one bad review was either a fake or just a "bad day" anomoly.  Your experience now shows that there's more going on here than just a bad day, but there'd have been no way to know this in advance.

Just goes to show that the risk of being a pointman isn't as bad as it seems--I've gotten stood up by well-reviewed reliables MORE than the long-shots I've tried.

every situation is different, and all of us have had our misses without outing someone. It's always a good idea to listen to the reason if she is forthcoming and give another chance. In my case there was no response, and that is unacceptable.
