yes they are

Unusual.  The first ad is from Miami Companions, who posted she was coming to town.  Odd that she would have another ad, seemingly from a different agency, at the same time.

If you were to call each agency and ask for an appt, and if both say she is available then more than likely one of two scenarios is at play - 1. The agencies are linked or 2) she is actually independent and has paid her own way here.  ladies that do that will have non-exclusive deals with multiple agenceis who take a smaller cut since they have no up-front expense.  She theoretically has more bookings and has a higher net profit.  

If only one agency says she is available, then she had pre-arranged through both agencies and went with the one that had the higher number of pre-bookings, after cancelling with the other, or theer may have been some other reason behind the scenes for ditching one of them.
