My 14 year old daughtor was to go to the MOA and play her violin with the school orchastra today.On monday they sent home this legal doccument they refered to as a permition slip from what I can tell by reading this thing by signing it anything could happen and they couldnt be held $ responsable.
Also they retaine the right to sue be for damages! The teacher called me to try to guilt me into signing this thing! I would have to be a idiot to agree to this. What if 1 of there workers is some kind of pedafile or something ! I am shure she will be upset because I am probably the only parent who even read the thing but I plan on not going there any longer.

On the other hand it always improves my mood when my dog howels at the tornado sirens !

I think you need to sit in her English class.  8% of your words are misspelled.

They probably do that after the (I think)the second time that someone has fallen off a escalator and died. I was at the main floor of City Center back in I think the late 80`s when a guy fell off one there and died. It was pretty terrible. Anyway, I guess they are just trying to cover their asses in case of a lawsuit. I also don`t go there myself, to me it is a huge concrete monster.
