We all use and know the term... but it can only stretch so far.. just a brief look at the devil board almost sent me hurling back to the toilet... I have spent a day sick and that just didn't help me on the upswing... but on to my favorite men that hang out on this board...

I MISS ALL OF YOU!!!! So everyone get back in the saddle and start riding.. if you fall off then get back up and try it again.  I am wondering what all of you have been up to??? Being out of the loop for a day and then having messages to get off voice mail.. plus email... I will get to those today.  So everyone that called... keep calling and you might catch me.
