Same thing happen to me. I had a notification on my hobby email that I had 2 TER PM's, and I received nothing on TER.

Unless it was a glitch, I received 2 separate notices that I had received a PM this afternoon, but nothing was in my inbox when I logged on.  Feel free to resend the message if you still have a question, etc.
