There is usually this stereotype of hobbyists being in their 40s, white, and a businessman. I don't fit in any of this category. I'm a computer engineer and write software codes for my job. I make decent money. Enough to cover my expenses and spend it on a couple providers a month. I was wondering what are others careers and if you're far of from the typical stereotype.

On a regular basis I sell tickets, make/sell popcorn, count and deposit earnings, call in the gross to the booker, thread 35MM film into one of two Norelco projectors and start show after show after show.

this post leaves things wide open for jokes.  Life's too short to take everything seriously, so when the opportunity arises, well....here's what happens!  And, rightly so, in my book.  

OK, I'll give you a straight answer, no joke...

    Throughout the past 8 years, I've had clients that range from those in the medical profession, businessmen, attorneys, construction workers, a rocket scientist, physicists, educators, many IT people, small business owners, students, foreign travelers, retired people, high profile executives,  military men, actors...

I'm sure I've forgotten some.  There is no one category that dominates the basket.   Only men who desire women.  Need I say more?

When I was in high school I was given one of those career assessment tests that they give all the kids to determine what career is best suited for them. Gravedigger and mortician came up at the top of the list.

I will add to that; I have seen 1 basketball player, a mortician, a writer, professional gamblers (2 of them), stay at home dad, stay at home spouse (no kids, just doesn't work), bartenders, garbage men...oh the list goes on and on.  A few I can't mention or it'd feel like I'm giving too much away but to mirror Alantra, it's just a little bit of everybody....but never a chariot salesman or a USED chariot salesman...haha.

Once as I was walking up the sidewalk to an incall I met a high profile local television personality coming out of the same place I was going into. Just said Hi and kept walking. When I got inside I politely asked if that truly was him and the young lady responded that it was. I still have a hard time watching him on the newscasts
