So this really has me scratching my head, I had two separate reviews for two separate providers denied for no reason. I have contacted support twice now to figure out what needs to be addressed to get these published and I'm still waiting for a response. One of them they changed the reason for the denial as the link was bad, I checked the link and it works just fine so I re-submitted and now its denied saying I need to provide more details in the detailed section, what they want a porn novel or what? The other one is still in the air, this is just annoying. Both ladies are new without previous reviews however I don't see what that would have to do with the posting of the review. Any thoughts?

I had some problems recently and was able to get them resolved that way but it may take a while.  There have been a number of issues with reviews and problem reports taking a long time and not being handled correctly.  I suspect TER has had some significant employee turnover lately.

Not only inconsistency on reviews getting approved but also with them approving reviews that should not have been.  Also very very slow on problem reports.  I submitted on a provider who changed her name and needs to have a new profile linked with her old one.  Been over a week now.

I would like to know, I pm-ed a mod here, he was very sweet, referred me to "contact us", okay got a reply back. It was not me, it was the reviewer, well that leaves me in a pickle. One is a member here, with numerous reviews. The other was a member here, denied his review.

What is the purpose of  providers coming here, and advertising, no reviews, no guys will see me because I have no reviews on this board. Okay wait on guy TOFTT. His review denied, c'mon. Was I supposed to have the man hanging from the ceiling by his toes nails, perform cartwheels, back flips and mysteriously land on my head for him to get my review approved, if so, I need to change my services. Lol.

Me too! But what I do that works every time is (a pain in the ass) but re-submit all together, like the first one was never done, the second seems to be checked by someone else.
