...lots of MNE reviews are coming up with poor to mid range scoring. Are guys being more honest or is Frank/Big "G"/JLM losing his/thier touch in recruitment?
Will start by saying that in general am not a fan of agencies. That being said since the days of “US Bank Girls” there has been a continuing supply of young and beautiful talent. Have not analyzed any numbers will say that when a first review ( not just the ones from a suspected shill or two come out) on a new girl they are by far better then those from every other site out there . Take away the non agency provider that shows up and gets even better. Do not know that there has been a rip-off of any sort form the ME agency girls- yes some disappointments and some wonderful new surprises.

Definitely noticed a drop in quality and service from the MNE girls. They were my go to providers.. One hour sessions are now done in 30 mins. On top of that, waiting for 5 to 10 mins in room to start the session. The quick upgrade offer and disappointment when I decline the upgrade. You find a good provider and then they disappear without any notice. The owners don't care as long as the schedule's are full, but I see lot of better options in other sites now, and they won't realize it until cash flow starts slowing.
I still maintain that the session is a two way pleasure fest. When i wander thru the daily reviews which i love to read, I spend just as much time judging the reviewer as i do evaluating the words about the provider. If the reviewer consistently gives poor scores on performance and or looks I think it is only fair to check the history of the past reviews (if any)
by this reviewer ( and if they have no others I do not give it much credit and will judge based on other reviews of the lady by more reputable reviewers). If a lady can get high/good numbers from someone that gives positive feedback with their numbers, then i always wonder just as much about the guy as i do about the provider and will keep my interest up by the combination of reviews, not by judging a 'Shallow Hal" dreamer that is never happy with any of their money spent.
I do not know what "Frank/Big "G"/JLM losing his/their touch in recruitment?" even means or implies but I have always been an advocate for honest reviews or just do not post them unless you are truly trying to inform the board of a rip-off but not to disparage the lady for your bad session when their average review is way above the one that we are questioning.....i still think it would be interesting , maybe devastating to us hobbyists, if the ladies could honestly review us.
As hard as OB! and myself are at trying to get a good thread of friday shills started each week, it still seems that we are caught up in poor scores, bitching and moaning about OUR failed experience and blaming it on the lady when we should be celebrating the mind blowing session that are constantly being over looked and for sure, other than the review, not often shared

As with everything, most of us get use to are surroundings and the more we grow more familiar with a situation we can start taking short cut's and liberty's, especially when there's that kind of money involved, some will even start feeling a sense of entitlement and performance will suffer. If QC let's it happen, but they may be off spending the fruits of others labor and become numb to any small problems in service that may arise.

Jasper is one of the others on there that are not part of the agency. Not a hard fast rule but if an add has something other then a gmail , address , has a phone number , or an add in their profile that is not ME or Naughty/ sexy chances are they are NOT the agencies and you may actually get a response.
These providers advertise there for one reason ( IMHO) it works for them to be found !!
The above may give you a better success rate on responses.
I agree, I’m not part of any “group” and I enjoy utilizing ME as well. There are plenty of independent providers on ME, I know at least more then a handful of independent providers who advertise there.
I also agree, and not once have I shorted anyone time either and have always been independent.

I think the problem is that the providers who are in that circle are not clearly marked as such, which makes it harder for guys to know if they are dealing with an independent provider or with a scheduler who controls who gets to see an agency provider.
I think most in here realize the established independents that advertise on MNE. I should have been more clear but my observation was the reviews of the women involved in the agencies (pimped), not the independents. BTW, I'm a HUGE fan of independent providers and generally avoid agencies at all possible.

It’s possible from my experience to have great experiences with both Independent and Agency providers.
I have encountered over the years, like many Hobbyists, ghosting, tardiness, unclean settings and dash and runs in the independent world.
In fairness to “Agencies”, and I admit I only work with ONE of SEVERAL of the Agencies in this area, the providers are world class, fun, perform beyond expectations. When scheduling, I feel respected and appreciated by the schedulers. The settings are immaculate and in very safe surroundings.
In conclusion, perhaps looking at competing Agencies, or anyone that uses the same media to advertise, the same may not be accurate.
And, as far as the Agency I’m familiar with, don’t knock them til you ride them…I meant, try them.
The MNE groups have had a high turnover rate this last year or so. I’ve seen many great girls leave and be replaced with lesser quality girls. I hope a change is coming soon.
I too have notice how many have come and gone. How many have changed names and been reincarnated. Have retired and returned . I am sure everyone of these women never grew up with the idea of kissing strangers , giving HJ , or fulfilling other sexual desires with strangers.
Many had school loans , divorced, or a multitude of other reasons succumbed to the allure of dollars. Think one can look well past the agency to see women who have tried been successful and found many reasons to leave . Some paid their debts. Some could not stand the bullshit that goes on. Some found someone to take them away. Some found a career elsewhere and stayed with it rather then return to the business. Some got that job and could not live on X per hour and returned. With all the negatives it is no wonder many leave or as independents get down to being semi UTR with selected clients who show a reasonable amount of respect. I have wondered too how many of the agency girls who have less then full time hour have their own personal list of clients they will see - anyone else crickets.
High turnover has been around for a while. I've seen a lot of providers popup on MNE, accumulate a few reviews, and then vanish. The one thing at least I haven't noticed until much more recently is some of the long term and very successful MNE girls going Indy.
I am a regular with the few groups that exist and I haven’t see any influx of working providers suddenly moving to Minnesota from out of state. It will be interesting to see what happens when the Fed raises rates again though.
