Math skills vs upsell?

Okay, I am not the brightest bulb on the block and generally cannot afford the research/hobby so I lurk...
    As to the attached ad I pose this question.....      
Is it a better deal to do one hour fer 150, or 2 hours fer 350......LOL!  Or.....maybe the upsell is UP FRONT..........Hmmmmm.

She does look HOT though and if I could afford it I would possibly TOFFT!
