Since you need to pay $5 up front to make an appointment online, I would pass.

So I took a chance on this.  The $5 fee you have to pay online prior to setting up an appointment just takes you to a 3-day trial of a dating website.

Unless I actually get a call back from Megan in an hour or so, I'm chalking this up to a fake add.
