Her phone number/address are for Surreal Body Works in DT Mpls.  They used to go by Skyline but moved locations.  I haven't seen her there -- or I would have selected her when they gave me their lineup.  The other person's reply was right though -- that is a picture of Jennifer Hudson.  Check out the link.
