I'm curious what providers see as the benefit of large numbers of reviews that are essentially the same.  There is a provider with two reviews today.  This provider has almost 100 reviews over a three year period.  To summarize, her first review, in 2007, said she was very attractive and not a lot of fun.  The review I read today said the same thing, and many in between say the same thing.

We know from a recent thread that there is a market for good looks alone, but no review is necessary to address that issue.  We can tell that she is attractive from the pictures in her ad.

I'm just curious if these reviews are positive or negative for the provider.

Pretty pointless for us, accept that little thing about getting free VIP for submitting them...and the fact that people will treat you like a leper if you post anything on the boards without having any. Personally I only read the best review and the worst. I already know all the other ones will say the same shit.

For providers, if nothing else, it keeps them visible. Essentially, every new review posted is like a new ad for them.

The providers don't really have any control over how many reviews get posted.  They can request that the people they see not post a review but they cannot stop them.  They would have to de-list themselves completely I believe, they cannot ask to have a couple of pages cut out of their profile.

I am sure most providers once a certain point was reached would just like a review every couple of months to show they are still active.  Sometimes menu items may change which would show up in the most current reviews but other than that they have little control except for problem reports for fake reviews.

As said in the other response, guys get free VIP for a short time by posting a review so they will do that no matter how many other reviews the lady has or if nothing has changed in service.  In fact as long as their is an Ad link to post, you can review a provider who does not even know about TER as long as you can provide all of the required review information, that is all it takes.
