The first thing I noticed was the dots ... If you look at the BP ad there are several of them.  In the General details of the review, you see it twice ...

First time reviewer, first time reviewed. SCORE my ass!

Between the style in which it is written and the fact that it is a first time reviewer writing her first review I suspect she wrote it herself.

Ummm, I vote she is a total FAKE.  The photos she uses are of Karen from Bangkok escorts, link below.

Also see how the review AND her ad both have typing with no space after the comma, plus the ... (dot dot dot) thing that Panthera12 mentioned.
