There are plenty of providers in the TC that are willing to come to Saint Cloud.  You have to make it worth the effort.  Become a regular and pay a travel and hotel fee.  That’s it.  Done.  Convenience.  The problem with outcall like that is that we have to travel four hours without reimbursement and pay for a hotel room.  It is purely economics.  If you need convenience, you will have to compensate for that.

Honestly I don't think there is a place in the state outside the Cities that has much except for UTR providers.
