I just saw the new name change and thought exactly the same thing.  Unlike others who go to some length to conceal the change in identity, she just reuses the same pic with a new name and phone number.  For a while she switched to a Chicago phone number, but listed herself here in MN as a vistor who just happened to be here all the time.  Then she went back to the local number.  Who knows, perhaps a friend advised her that it might help her evade LE.
