Hi Guys,

I am wondering if you can help me find a provider that I lost contact with.  Her name is Nichole but she goes by Nikki or Eli.  She is about 5'1" about 31 years old, and petite, Black hair and has only 3 fingers on her right hand.  She is a real sweet lady and I would like to find out how shes doing.  If you know anything please let me know.
