Read through the FAQ for Newbies board, get a VIP membership, learn how to use the review search function. Then check out the St. Cloud ads and see who is up there who has been reviewed and go from there.
If somebody does know a good provider you should try and help him out. I myself am a member and just went through BP and then went on TER but could not find one review on the 4 girls listed for St. Cloud that I was interested in.
