Beat - it and Travelingmans posts earlier(still on front page of top 25 threads).  Start a seperate thread like Beat it referring to NENE and Travelingmans NCNS and list the names of those involved.  They should be called out and held accountable, just not in their ONE personal ad per week.  It prevents a person from attacking one pervider and keeping things to general rules of thumb on how to conduct themselves to keep their business thriving.

Here is the guideline referred to.(note 3rd from the bottom.

Discussion of delisted providers/agencies is not allowed (except for rip offs, ROBs, etc).


Linking to a site which meets any of the following criteria in a post is prohibited:      


 
Contains Escort Reviews (EX: Redbook, BigDoggie)
 
Has Pop-Ups (EX: Porn cam sites)
 
Requires login (registration) for viewing the contents of the site (EX: MySpace)
 
Is absolutely irrelevant to the subject
 
belongs to a private business which offers specialty services.


Posting mean or rude comments in response to a provider's AD is prohibited.


Posting links to a different provider's reviews or web site in a provider's ad thread is also prohibited.



Posts which do not conform to the Post Content Guidelines will be removed.  Continuous or habitual posting of non-conforming posts may cause the poster to lose posting privileges for some period of time.  Further ignoring of the rules may cause the poster to be banned from TER.

Apples and Oranges

The THREADS that were started referring to these issues IS the CORRECT way to discuss them.  The fact of an alias does not really matter to me in any case when done OUTSIDE of a ladies ONE WEEKLY AD.

My referrence to alias use and negative response is to when it is done WITHIN the ladies allowed ONE WEEKLY AD!

That is a direct violation to TER policy(of course open to interpretation of the moderator) he believes that these are FACTS pertaining to these ladies validated via ALIAS use within this thread.

My comment is why have rules if nobody has to follow them?  Or is it only certain people within certain cases?  As I pointed out, the Bianca James issue(on the Chicago board) was horribly handled in my eyes and a few others as well.  But it was also said by a moderator that no harm had been done toward Bianca with the false accusations without proof.  So basically the only burden of proof comes to a lady and her beliefs?  The guy saying Bianca was involved can do so and it is not considered hurting her reputation.  I dissagreee as did others.  

So again, it is not up to me, but I hope the guys here stating all this are ok with it when the ladies start posting each time they cancel an appointment last minute or NCNS, NENE.  And the ladies should be able to do it using the guys handle here and his phone number and as I mentioned, don't be surprised if you start seeing personal information flying about here if nobody is going to garner control over what is posted and how.

To each their own, I have set well over 150 dates and have never cancelled or not showed up, not once.  I have been NCNS or cancelled on and it sucks.  I remove the lady from my list and move on, too many fish in the sea.  In fairness, of the ladies that have NCNS or Cancelled on me, it has been sorted out at a later time initiated by said lady about 50% of the time.  BUT not always in 12 hours as the parameters stated in the separate thread started.  I think that time frame may be a little short, but that is up to each person determining when and where to spend their time and money.

This arguement is now dead to me, the moderator has spoken and stated that such comments within a ladies ad will be tolerated as he does not see it as harm being done.  Done deal (Alias or not).

Cordial Sport did it correctly and started his own thread and I commend him for his thoughts!

Reread MY post and I was refferring to Travellingman7, Doubtful and Simplyasking ARE all alias' and they are responding negatively within a ladies ONE WEEKLY AD!
