1)  She asked to be delisted.  There's any number of reasons why that might happen.
2)  TER decided she had committed a serious violation of their rules and kicked her off the site.

If you still have her contact info, you can reach out to her but if she delisted herself, she may not want to be contacted.

She set for no review status on one of the mass ad rubbing sites so I would not be surprised she asked to be delisted.
