There are 3 pages of reviews, several by reviewers that have a long history where scores are more that reasonable...one also has a long list of whitelists. I find in "higher end" or "higher cost" areas of the country, review numbers are inflated...that's just the way it is and one has to adjust for it. New or limited experience reviewers also seem to inflate scores because they do not have much to compare to. My first experience was a 10/10 but have only had one since. I would now rate my first a 7/7!
I'd say, if you think she is suspect don't see her. In this case I would not put her rep in question.

I agree that there are providers (here in this wonderful place) who have well deserved consistent high scores. But if you look at the histories of the people who review them, they often, but not always, have a variety of experiences and award a variety of scores. Not so in this case.
Look at the 22 reviews in 2015. 19 of those reviewers (some with long review histories) most usually give a score of 9 and NEVER score anybody under 8. In other words the reviews are worthless. How she was lucky enough to meet those reviewers is a secondary question.
Having gone back to check my facts, here's the data. On page one of her reviews there are 10 reviewers. Remove the 3 reviewers whose scores vary in any way from the others. Now look at the review histories of the remaining 7 reviewers and you will find they have written 30 reviews between them. In other words they have 60 opportunities to award scores (performance & looks). How many scores under 9 would you reasonably expect to find in those 30 reviews, out of a potential 60?
There are 5. Five scores under 9 and those "lower" scores are all 8s. These reviews are worthless.
(And TCG I am cheating on you. But you know that. That's what makes what we have so spicy.)
and arrive at a place that would create doubt...I'm not sure how one would even pick a lady to see!
I guess I just do not see the purpose of singling out one particular visiting lady that appears safe and legit when your example can be applied to many under a review system that relies on many factors which are verified by no one but the two people involved. For example and not to create storm here, look at the top 100 in Vegas. Many are 10/10's on each and every review but I have seen a number of them and would not rate many a 10/10 but they are not 7/7 either, some I have seen more than once. Looks are 100% subjective, performance is too despite what many here believe.
We all should understand that these ratings are a baseline to establish trust and safety first, then a reasonable expectation of what we are getting into. Some reviewers are just not good at applying ratings based on what another persons view would be, why would they do that anyway? Some ladies offer discounts for reviews which can effect rating. Price point also seems to play a factor, like when a lady that charges 800-1000 per hour consistently gets 10/10's while one that charges 250/hr never gets one. I've seen those who charge 1500/hr that I would never rate 10/10 but have also seen a few in the 200-250/hr range that I'd give a 9/10 or a 10/10 even know they've never scored higher than a 7/8. If I wrote a 9/10 review, it would get tossed or subjected to your "analyzed data" just like if I wrote a 7/7 for the lady who always gets 10/10's. Many would feel guilty for writing those reviews which probably answers your secondary question. I do not believe there is some conspiracy going on with the review system or particular ladies, its the way it is, all subjective. I just want to know who the lair's, cheats and scoundrels are, those are the ones who should be called out here. My experience is, the only way to truly find out if a lady is a 10/10 in my book is to meet her.
Some women have the "magic" ability to put a "spell" on clients that leave them feeling 10/10! That's pretty obvious in reviews and there is nothing wrong with that....that's what we are all here for, some "magic" to replace some of the normal in each day!
When you figure out what kind of experience you want and learn how to research there's no reason to ever have a bad experience. If you see providers who try to give their best every time and you are the type of person who is willing to roll with the flow and make the best of things you end up having a great time every time.
I have no trouble seeing where you stand, and taking an educated guess at the things you value.
When I look at the guys (not just one, but more than 70% of her reviewers in 2015) who scored every provider they saw the same (9) those reviews become irrelevant. Those reviewers -- for whatever reason -- are screwing the system.
When I see that it raises red flags for me and I stay away. If she had been reviewed consistently at that rate by reviewers who showed even a little variation in their scoring I would probably have booked with her. That is what I have learned. Especially with traveling ladies. And I usually end up having a great time. But not always, as you can see from my reviews.

... who have reviews that are consistently as good or better than Eliza's. And because I've met these ladies, I know without a doubt these excellent reviews are deserved.
If you doubt the validity of a provider's reviews, you can check with some of her reviewers to get the story directly from them.
Here is the thing about reviews and numbering system..... Some people like chocolate others like vanilla..... So each in their own eyes.
One person might think a 10 needs to be perfect... looks, service, attitude, etc. I mean if the provider didn't smile and first meeting it would demote them to a 9. I mean everything needed to be perfection even the scented candle in the room.
Others a 10 could mean that the woman was good looking, kind hearted, interested in them (or showed it), get them the service they wanted at that time.... or any combination of the above.
So no need to call BS
