From what I've read, it's a typical deal for first time offenders.  No jail time and take a first time offender diversion class.

I don't think he'll accept it.  I think he's going to fight as long as he can as he will want to minimize whatever punishment the NFL decides to impose.  Any admission of guilt under cuts that.

The search warrant was not justified on constitutional grounds.  The court also said the traffic stop was an unlawful search.

I'm no lawyer nor do I play one on TV but it looks to me like the prosecution doesn't have much of a case left.  Hopefully this is an argument that other lawyers can try to use in other cases around the country.
