I was just about to post the same, $350~$400 is about my limit, although I did once paid $550 in Vegas(A fucking worthless ho, that cheated me. I myself have never paid over $500 an hour, and my rare few occasions at that rate were for visiting ladies who were just compeltely over-the-top hot for me. There are plenty of very very good looking women here in town at $400 or less. There's no real need to spend beyond that.
I'd say if it works out, then more power to her. There are plenty of people for whom price isn't important and they support these high-end providers. If you had the choice, wouldn't you rather work one or two hours per day? I sure would.

I usually go for an hour on the first visit also, but this can be tricky. Girl asks "do you want an hour or 1/2 hour" I choose the 1 hour option then after I cum, she starts getting ready to leave and its only been 20 minutes. Bang! Ripped off! Really I can't see paying more then 300. I have payed more for over nights, But per Hr no more then 300. But then it is what is in your budget.

There are circles outside of TER, both more and less costly, that no or care little about TER at all. There are also circles within TER that don't overlap much.
