It's not easy to find this, but it does show up from time to time.  Most sites like CL, BP, and others actively search for, and prohibit related words even back when they allowed more escort advertising.  Even if people worded ads sneaky enough to get past the filters, prudish people would usually report the post off the boards in mere minutes.
