I noticed Katie's phone is temporarly disconnected.  Maybe she is getting inundated with business.  I did get a response from an email I sent within 15 minutes....very impressive!

ok it has been a week a still no e mail or phone call from Kathie the 2hr appt. she missed still pisses me off!

I got blown off the same day but did receive an email message stating her email wasn't working, her cell phone didn't work, blah, blah, blah
