Who better to ask for surgical advice than a fellow hobby enthusiast? ....My provider. After taking willie, my manhood, my junk, and I don’t mean the stuff laying at the back door, in for a tune up at the local shop, you know Melissa’s repair and body shop, I realized that much work was needed. That original banana shape and firmness as if just picked green, had been replaced with a brown spotted and limp soggy version, that sits out on the counter and attracts fruit flies, with balls hanging so low that one has to move quickly past the dogs in fear that they spy them dangling out of your knickers and chase you down for a nibble. More embarrassing is showing up for a tryout at the Indoor Sports Arena and having Melissa tell you that your whole team was disqualified for doping with Viagra and using your old plastic catheters as penile extensions. Hell my doctor once scolded me when he had to remove one that had slipped to the side and made the head look like that of a hammer, and had the nurse running for a penicillin injection when I told him I was getting mellifluous and he thought I said I had syphillus. But the worse part was when they would not let me leave the office without a couple straps of duct tape to keep me safe from the animals in the neighborhood that were sure to spy me as I strolled by. So my question for the ladies, is to whether size and shape really matters? Or is it just performance and how you are treated that really seals the adventure? After years of misuse, followed by more years of disuse, there must be some advice or a good surgeon referral, to put some salt back in that peter so that an old hobbyist like myself can attend to the ladies and leave both with a smile and a dream of repeating. For the guys….we all want to know, I just had the short straw, if you know what I mean, and I was appointed to write this. So anything you can tell us to make the hobby more pleasurable will be greatly accepted. But we can’t promise anything, when it is old and worn out your task will be tremendous. Good luck if you take on the challenge, I hope to see you all soon after months of surgical repair.
link please on that one ... BUT i think i have .... at that time though, I was just to new to write a review....and when you are dealing with something that is as consistent to silly puddy and you spend most of your own private time shaping and hoping for the best, then i am just looking to know what shapes are important!
What do you think they're going to say? That they're just in it for the money? Hell no, they're going to tell you what you want to hear, what makes you feel good about yourself and will make you want to see them again and give them more money.
Having visited Melissa's shop recently for a tune-up myself, I agree that if she can't get you firing on all cylinders it might be time for a major overhaul. So you've decided to get an implant, and you want to make sure you get the right one. This procedure is outside my area of expertise (all medical matters are outside my area of expertise), but I would advise anyone considering a penile implant to get the best implant you can afford. Consider carefully the size and shape. There are many options and you want to be sure and get a unit that is suitable for both you and your partner(s). Also consider your particular driving style. Do you want better 1/4 mile times, better handling in high speed curves? Or does your driving style lean more towards leisurely Sunday drives? (that's about my speed) It is generally not recommended to swap out implants the way Pamela Anderson. . . . swaps out implants. So once you've decided on the right dimensions, if it's within your budget, get the top of the line model. With a newer model you won't have to worry about forgetting the pump in your other pants and you won't need to change the batteries as often. Never mind the convenience of being able to charge the batteries outside of the unit. A higher end model will also look more natural. Keep in mind you can only stretch a banana peel so far before you start to have problems. Good luck with your procedure, and if you have any questions, feel free to contact someone.
