She came and went so quickly. Based on the 1 review that was up ever so briefly I missed a true gem. I corresponded with her via e-mail several times and then just as I thought things were going to happen, poof, she was gone. I hope all is well with her and she resurfaces someday day soon.

That raise the real possibility that TER determined she wrote herself a fake review and banned her.
