I've never had trouble getting duplicate provider profiles merged, but TER twice declined to combine these:

For example, email ID, phone, and/or photo(s) that are the same in both profiles. Here you don't have any of that, plus much of the descriptive info is different. So I can understand why your report was rejected, without more evidence.
You can always contact them directly and ask for an explanation and give a more detailed explanation of why they should be combined. But you never know. There was one time when the pics in the ads in the two profiles were clearly the same provider and they still wouldn't do it.

I just seen her last on 9/23/16 and I reviewed her back in 10/2012 and she is not Latina as stated on TER ID: 197309 she is Native American.
