I bet that there are plenty of ladies who would be willing to go to you in that area.  Some might require a deposit (since it's about 30 miles or so out of their usual scope) but they are out there.

Just don't be surprised if you need to pay a deposit.  My guess is that you should search for the gals that accept credit cards or make mention of green dot deposits.
