...your post provides enough clues for anyone with a half-brain to look at your previous reviews and know exactly who you are talking about... thanks for the info!
I saw a lady today that I have seen before (about a year ago) and written a very positive review for, in fact so positive that I couldn't improve upon it by writing a another one to replace it. After I saw her a year ago, she had a a car accident that put her out of commission for a while and I lost touch with her till today (it will not happen again!). So my question is, am I allow to mention her name on this board for other hobbyists to know of my mind-blowing experience? What am I allowed to say without it becoming shilling a particular lady. I've never mentioned her before on this board. I guess we can always go the route of the PM for those that want to know but then I get 50 PMs over the few days. It seems far more efficient to be able to mention her name on this board in some way. Can someone offer me some advice? I mean she was really that good!!!!

A comment on her weekly ad would be nice!
SHILL THREADS
A Shill Thread is a thread that is started with a post that is praise, thanks, or a recommendation for a certain provider for reasons of self-interest, personal benefit, or out of friendship or loyalty. Starting a new thread with a Shill Post is not allowed by TER because such threads are considered extra "advertising" above and beyond what each provider is allowed each week.
Shill Threads are not allowed, and will be removed.
Mini-Reviews posted according to the Posting Guidelines are not considered to be Shill Posts. Responses to a current thread that refers to a provider with positive comments about that provider is okay, as long as the comment is pertinent to the topic at hand.
MINI-REVIEWS
You may not post MINI-REVIEWS on message boards unless you submit a Full Review of the same session within 72 hours after posting the mini-review. Violators of this policy will lose their message posting privileges.
Please see the following post for guidelines on how to submit mini-reviews: Mini-Review Guidelines
... that ldm was not proposing to post anything for reasons of self-interest or personal benefit. And, although he feels friendly toward the lady, it is neither friendship nor loyalty that motivates the proposed post. Rather, the motivation is to share information with fellow members that may not be readily available if the lady is not posting ads.
I realize it places the burden of a judgment call upon the Mod, but if a lady has not been mentioned for six months or more, and the guy just posts a statement that she is back and here's her Profile, I don't see that as a shill post at all. It's a sharing of useful information.

He can't post here about it, right? At least, not unless he is willing to submit a new review.
Unless she is touring and visiting here, you're not supposed to unless you are commenting on another post. This is because these boards would be full of hobbyists shilling for their ATF's.
The best place to do it is underneath her weekly ad, if she posts one. That's where these comments are useful.
IMHO this near blanket ban on saying something good about local providers is overkill. As it stands right now unless someone else says something else first, you can't praise them. Providers are limited to one ad a week so that their ads don't dominate the boards. Seems to me you could do something similar with posts praising local escorts. And that doesn't even take into account the fact that there are a good many people here who are good at detecting BS and will call true shillers (people who offer unjustified praise or who can't stand a bad word being said about their favorite) on it. Most local escorts never post here, even if they have reviews. So, if one of those girls does something like offer a special, change her menu, or make a trip to area towns outside the metro, it is difficult to get word out to the hobbyists on TER because such threads might well be yanked; I have seen it happen. I believe the blanket ban has the effect of making it harder to spread useful information.
Nobody is putting a blanket ban on anything. I haven't taken down one shill post here, nor can I see it happening unless it's blatant. The OP asked for the rules and I gave them to him.
We should worry about that if and when it happens.

Guess I'm working with less than half a brain. My ex-wife would certainly agree with that! ![]()
What if someone were to ask which providers were out of commission for a while this past year because of a car accident and someone were to answer?
A shill post is easy to see a mile away. They will not be tolerated.
getting one over on the mod's is always great!! Rock on!!!
Got me there. Not really.
Replying to an ad is fine (see post above). Starting a new shill thread is not. The rules are clear. I don't make them and I don't always understand the reasoning behind them. But in this instance I do. The board would be one long page of shills if anyone could post a mini any time for any reason.
