Sometimes, I really feel quite sad after sex. Usually a hour or so after leaving a provider. Why?  Do I miss the connection you can only get while engaged in intamacy?  Do I actually miss the person?  Do providers have this happen to them?

Maybe it's the crash after the rush of adrenaline and endorphins released by sex.

Are you married? Is some guilt sinking in? Does it only happen with providers, or in civie life as well? Are you stretching the budget?

If you're okay with all of these questions, try some longer sessions, maybe a dinner date. Spend more time with the lady, and when you leave, try to think about how good the next time will be, rather than the fact that this time is over.

Your could be just coming down from the endorphins high.  It could be guilt, only you can answer that one.  I've found that I have withdrawals after a lot.  The longer dates, 24-72 hours, the harder the crash.  For me this is an emotional connection with the lady not the physical connection.

Do you take steroids for working out or supplements? Many people suffer from PCT sadness and will experience strong feelings of sorrow, anxiety, or uneasiness anywhere from immediately after sex to up to two hours later and it involves the hormone Prolactin and is more common in woman which have this hormone to make milk, but men have it, too. Your body creates it after an orgasm to counteract the release of dopamine, the hormone responsible for sexual arousal. Prolactin is believed to cause these feelings of melancholy.

No steroids, I do take vitamin supplements and I do work out.  In my case I don't think its a physical thing, I think it's purely emotional.  I don't have any let down after sex during a 2 or 3 night visit, only after we part ways at the airport  Thanks, I will check all this out

not suicidal, just a rush of melencoly.  maybe it's coming down after the rush of endorphines.  Just wondering if anyone else gets these feelings.

I know I occassionally think that I could have spent that $$$ on something better.

Of course, I have also thought that that was the best $$ I have ever spent.

I personally feel very open and very emotional. Sometimes I cry during oral..I think there is a depth I feel and it needs to be let out.
