I don't have shower facilities so when I say please keep good hygiene like I do, I mean that.
Being in very close quarters with each other it's very important!

I highly recommend a bidet or ass scrubber. Have one installed and insist that your clients give their ass a good douching.

A toothbrush attached to a flyswatter handle works great too. Simply attach the toothbrush with a little duct tape and when finished scrubbing, dip it in listerine. Make sure to swish it around really well! When the listerine starts to become discolored just replace with a fresh cup.

You can even experiment with different flavors. This should result in a fresh minty taste as well as a breath of fresh air.

I recall reading on a providers etiquette page how disgusted she was at finding "shit balls" in her bed.
I know we are all human but that shit just ain't right.

I am curious why one would need a one foot extension on a toothbrush to reach their backside.
I'm just not sure how far I'm willing to go with that.

I always soak in the bathtub for 15-20 minutes before a provider arrives at my location.

As a side note, I was in a session with a well known and reviewed provider once and as things were going hot and heavy, she farted! My head was in the right place though!

I wouldn't go that far but I would say something as it affects my performance.
In other words if you're gross I'm NOT going to be as generous with my menu.

We both got laughing so hard not much of anything else got done for a few minutes. A very funny situation for both of us.

I completely agree with what you wrote, and I am ALWAYS freshly showered, cleaned teeth, shaven, etc. right before getting a massage.  But I can think of a number of times where I have had to endure the smell of garlic or other ethnic foods on a providers breath.  I've also smelled the not-so-fresh odor of a monthly visitor as well as the body odor (in general) of someone who's been out running errands or just working hard all day.

A little (or lot) of freshness and hygiene go a long way...

It does happen, but that's just being human to some extent.

It doesn't matter what part of you it is, if you wash it and shave it, a provider is probably gonna touch it and lick it.

My balls hang way down and my back is bad too.

When you don't have a shower at work, wet wipes work well to make sure you are shower fresh
down there. I always have a box in my desk.

I found found that also great, especially when you can wash massage the providers hair and scalp
