well i saw 1 provider months ago and as soon as i walked in the door it was totally obvious that this was not the provider i saw on the ad she was sitting on the bed half naked and looked like she was about ready to pass out before i even laid the donation down i just left is that ok

I hope you ran and didn't leave money.  Some may get upset with that opinion but seriously how would anything less get through to them that it is unexceptable behavior.  

Nothing is more upsetting to me is to hear about guys that pay good money to providers that are off their rockers.

I have walked out before as well...but one time, I felt it would not be safe to walk out based on activity I felt was around,,such as possible pimp.  Just paid, got a quick HJ and got out of there asap

She was clearly in no position to do what you came for so no reason why you shouldn't just leave.
