when I lived there while going to school it was so funny seeing gents sniffing panties behind their newspapers. In Osaka there were used panty vending machines in some places lol we had a crazy after party at a love hotel once. It was so fun! I wish we had them here. Hotel Amsterdam was the last known place you could get a short stay like that. But it's gone now.
Just go on priceline and bid. Sometimes you can get a 3 1/2 - 4 star hotel for $50-$60 bucks, depending on the day and location. Bidding early in the morning will yield the best results too
