If so it's really easy:

Step 1 lay on your side  
Step 2 insert & squeeze slowly
Step 3 take it out and wait 2-5 min
Step 4 sit on toilet  

Now this has got to be the hottest most temping post I ever posted lmfao!

But honestly it really is that easy :)
