Is it me or do top local providers have a pattern of setting dates and not keeping them with relatively new hobbyist's? Please now that I'm not complaining at all just wondering if this unique to me or something that is done to test you. I have seen two incredible ladies and I was so glad that i didn't give up even though i was frustrated at both cancellations. it has happened again very recently with another highly rated lady. i'm assuming that this won't happen when i see them for a 2nd time.
She will schedule you for an hour but if she gets a request for a two hour or four hour date during your time slot, she will either ask you to reschedule or in all likely hood cancel your date.
My practice if a provider cancels is to "take their word" and not attempt to reschedule, I simply move on. Too many fish in the water to miss one.
the ladies names are not important. I was curious if new hobbyist have experienced this and was hoping that providers would chime in. I have seen two of them and it was everything i hoped for and will repeat with them. I plan on seeing the 3rd provider soon. it could just be a matter of scheduling a date almost two weeks in advance and assuming it was definitely a go.
If I book a date that far in advance ( a week or more), I always call the day before or the day of the appt. to confirm it. Just in case something has changed.
What communications did you have with the providers from the time you scheduled the date to when it was supposed to happen? My experience is that it is a good idea to confirm with them a little while before the date and then also do a final check-in the day of the date.
