One of the providers he gave a 7 for performance to got exactly the same scores from someone you know really well.  

Another provider he gave a 7 to got as high or higher scores from several other other reviewers -- totaling nearly half her reviews.

And another provider he gave a 7 to got no lower scores from anyone else.

And this guy's Appearance scores seem in line with other reviewers' scores - or even on the low side in some cases, compared to other reviewers.  

Not what I would expect to see from a "shill".  FYI, it's not unusual to see an FBSM provider get 7s, or even higher if their profiles qualify them for more than a 7.  Some guys seem to think that the highest score an FBSM provider can get, or should be able to get, is a 7.  But that's not the way TER's scoring system works.
