I got monkey-fucked on my taxes this year.  I think expenses incurred for the 'Hobby' should be tax deductible.  I am writing an email to my Senator and Representative tonight..... right after I get home from Happy Hour.  I just hope I don't use the term 'monkey-fucked' too much when addressing my honorable representatives.

If your goal is to open a house of prostitution, then absolutely deduct as start-up investigative work. Make spreadsheet of who what when and where of you expenses. You do have to make real effort to open that business, however. If not,the deductions will be disallowed. The important part: pay your taxes!

The places that pay their taxes seem to be left alone. Those that try to avoid paying are the ones strung up when caught.

It would be a start up company so you would have to be director, writer and actor. You would have to be pretty hands on and show the actresses your artistic vision of amateur porn and you wouldn't have much capital as a start up company so you might not be able to afford a camera man.
