Inexcusable behavior...

Just had a hobbyist meet me about 10 mins ago. My incall, so my expense (naturally). He comes into the room, says I'm not the girl in my pictures, and rudely storms off, leaving me somewhat shaky and upset.

Never, ever had this happen to me before, since I don't use fake pictures (or ones I think misrepresent me in any way). So I'm curious, ladies- has anyone ever stormed off on you in a huff? Gentlemen, would you do this? And if you would, would you do it super fucking rudely?

Starting to want to quit.

No question you are the girl in your pics Case. He's a asshat that doesn't know what he missed by leaving you, beautiful lady.  You deserve much better.

Sorry this happened to you, Casey. From all I have read about you, there is nothing fake about you. Apparently you just ran across a bad apple.

Hoping it doesn't sour you on the whole pursuit. I am hoping to meet you one day, and I can assure you there would be no walking out. Leaning forward, staring sideways, yes, but no abrupt departures :-)

I would leave if I felt I had been blatantly lied to. But with more than a few encounters in this hobby, this has not happened to me, as I research carefully. I sure wouldn't throw a fit, I would just state my thoughts and leave as discreetly as possible.

I would not do it that way, if I even would. I can understand if a lady uses a different pic, all I ask that the lady be honest and tell me it is not her. But usually if I am there, I will complete our appointment; and if I was upset for any reason, there would be no repeat visits.

This is the kind of conduct that gives the hobby a bad name.

Those of us who know you know that your pix are real - hell, you're far more attractive than your pix.  And about the sweetest provider out there.

You do not deserve this.  PM to follow

Could be just the opposite of what you think. There are some that like them bigger, smaller, shorter, taller. You may not have been what he saw in the picture. However, your reviews speak volumes about you, there are many that have wrote rave reviews about you.
I can't imagine why anyone would walk on you, some people are just plainly F***ed up. Good thing that in the middle of a session he didn't wack out on you. I have left 3 times, twice different race than pictured one was  at least twice the age of the lady in the picture. I did leave in a hurry one time,  different race and she tore my shirt and was trying to get my wallet as I was trying to make a polite exit.

... on so many levels.  First, it's NEVER ok to treat a lady like that.  Even if you were not "the girl in the pictures" (which isn't the case), the guy shouldn't be rude about it.  And it's even worse given that your photos really are of you.  So just what came over this guy, it's hard to tell.

Unfortunately, there's a lot of jerks and not-too-nice people out there.  I run into them almost every day, in business, on the roads, etc.  I think about this sometimes relative to you ladies, and how important screening is.  Screening doesn't guarantee you won't run into the occasional asshole, as your story illustrates, but reduces the risk.

There have been cases where a hobbyist reported in this forum about "bad" behavior from a provider.  Sometimes, she's identified.  I was thinking... could that be done in this case, to protect other providers?

asey, men visit me and sometimes tell me much about other providers and what they think and those that've mentioned you have said they like you and that you are either adorable, pretty, good looking, gorgeous, attractive, sweet .... and my impression is that you are a pure pleasure!!!

I listen closely for nuance and well.... every nuance has been fondness and genuine affection for you and a gladness they've met you.

You don't know me Casey but I tell you what... I believe them and know when a compliment is fake and they do not fake their high regard for you in all respects including looks!  & that you do in fact match your photo, and are even better - even that detail has come my way a number of times.  I do not solicit these overtures of you but they just happen on occassion as I give them OK's on P411 and my eyes light up with eye candy before me.

The only thing that occur to me is the guy is a setup and sent in by some demon or some strange force that possessed him to be off his rocker

Thank you all for the kind words. I guess I was just upset when I posted it-- I tell hobbyists all the time, one of my biggest fears is for someone to meet me at the door and then just run away screaming because of how hideous they think I am. (insecure much? why yes! lol)  And it actually happened! Now that I have had a little time to process it, it is sort of funny, in a really messed up way. I will certainly let any provider who wishes to know his email/sn in case he tries to book with them and does the same disrespectful thing. Just send a pm my way, ladies.

And thank you especially Elan! That is so sweet. You can be assured I have heard only wonderful things about you as well. :)

Take care all, and thanks for the insights so far.

Escape Clause:  A couple of months ago I happened across a provider that offers a "First10" rule. The "First10" rule:  (If) you don't like what you see in the first 10 minuets of our meet, (then) keep 75% of your donation and walk away with clean hands.

Perceptions:  Per this situation, it is difficult to guess what visual impression the hobbyist may have had in his mind of the provider prior to the session that led to his actions. Perhaps he has been burned in the past with misleading images from other providers. If his perception was even slightly off from reality in this instance, he may have felt a need to be proactive.

Losing the Erection:  A provider several years ago was noted for being difficult to communicate with during the process of establishing a meeting. In order to explain herself, she stated that she may "lose her erection" for a meeting with a hobbyist due to various factors in the communication process. Men (i.e., hobbyists) are visual creatures. If the visual stimulus was corrupted, he may have lost his erection for the meeting.

Slick Moves:  I met a provider a few weeks ago for a late afternoon meeting. I did not know that the provider formally worked at the hotel used for the meeting. During the time of our meeting, a former co-worker was running the reservation desk. The provider told the former co-worker that she wanted a room for a meeting with her boyfriend. The provider received a verbal agreement from the former co-worker that if the boyfriend was not able to meet the provider, then the former co-worker would refund her money for the hotel room. As I was dressing to leave, the provider called the front desk, mentioned that her boyfriend would not be able to meet her for the night at the hotel, and received a promise from the former co-worker that she would receive a monetary refund.

:-) I haven't had a provider slam the door in my face because of how "hideous" I am--yet ;-) --but something about as bad, for a guy, happened once... after a few minutes of "assistance", the lady said in an exasperated tone, something to the effect of, "Will you hurry up?!"  Not too funny at the time, but since she shorted me 20 minutes on the date and other weird stuff happened too, I came to think of it as sort of funny, in a messed up way, as you did with your situation.

It really does help to be able to laugh about this kind of nonsense... and not let the duck dicks get you down.

Casey,

Saw you several months ago and I cannot believe that he could say what he did. You are the person in the pictures, but they do not do justice to you in person.

I am older, but you treated me like you boyfriend.  You were great.

BTW, the only reason I have not been back is because your price is too high for me.  Do not take me wrong, you are worth every bit of the price.

This last scenario spooks me.  The boundaries here are way too fuzzy.  You walk into or out of the hotel and the receptionist thinks you're the providers bf?  whoa!  Not my cup of tea!

There are a lot of screwed up, angry people in the world whose only joy in life is trying to make everyone else as screwed up and angry as them. Living well is the best revenge.

On second thought, the best revenge would be posting a fake backpage ad using his phone number with the text "Desperate supermodel needs $2000 by Sunday to make plane fare for Victoria Secret fashion show. $50 for 15 minutes. Not planning on sleeping, so feel free to call late! If a guy answers, it's my screener. Use the pass phrase 'Casey sent me.'"

*Then* live well.

The one clarification that I can add is that I was not physically with the provider at the time she was making the reservation at the hotel reception desk. Thus, I was not identified to the former co-worker at the hotel.

The former co-worker had no idea that her friend (i.e., provider) was meeting a client at the hotel rather than her boyfriend. However, the provider's clever deceptions and quick thinking allowed her to meet a client for a short-term meeting without paying for the hotel room.

Note:  The provider is basically retired. I had approached her about her availability. It had been many months since my first visit. I would have had no idea where she had worked during the interim period. It simply struck me that the provider was very clever in constructing a believable enough story for her to recover the amount spent on a hotel room used only for a one-hour period of time.

You are also (assuming) this is the first time she has come up with a "cleaver" way to get a free hotel room at this location.

So to save $60-80 she lied and let some poor guest of the hotel sleep on the used sheets?  Did you use the towels too? How about the drinking cups?  It's not "clever" at all in my opinion, it's tacky as hell.

It's saddens me the value some people put on there credibility.

turboted 2 Reviews 1591 reads

It was her idea to regain the cost of the hotel room. I offered to split the cost of the room. She turned me down due to promise from her former co-worker to refund the cost of the room.

I doubt that the hotel used was booked to capacity that night. Therefore, the clerk could have easily routed new guests away from that room and had it listed for cleaning in the morning.

If a person is broke (like this young lady), then 60 or 80 dollars is a big deal. She has struggled with employment since retiring from the hobby.

I am sorry that you find the young lady's scheme tacky. However, it is quite ridiculous as a hobbyist to worry about sheets and towels. If you have seen a visiting (or popular) provider (i.e., one that may be seeing more than one gentleman that day), do you really think the provider has changed the sheets since the previous session?

MsChayse 1829 reads

Now I am going to STRONGLY suggest you pull your comments out of respect for the lady in question. With each response from you it becomes more apparent who you are talking about. She retired for a very good reason!!! I seriously doubt she would appreciate you dredging up old memories of her plight to suit your needs. Honestly! How disrespectful!

As Leanne said, you just brought back all the bad memories for the said provider and all the rest of the MN TER community.
I doubt very much that the provider you mentioned wanted it made public that she saw you and also tell the world that she has a scam going with a coworker to get free hotel rooms.

Good luck seeing any of our fabulous MN providers after this post, sir.
Your trust factor with them just went out the door.

Interesting take on what I wrote. Actually I was commenting on your leaving the used sheets and towels for a paying non-hobby and unsuspecting hotel guest.  If the room was not used the staff wouldn't have a reason to clean it, leaving it as you left it for the next paying hotel guest.

Why would the clerk routed guests away from the unused room?  Was that clerk on all night or was there a shift change?  Why would the clerk scheduled an unused room for a cleaning, possibly risking their job?

I'm sorry you find such tacky behavior or scheme, as you call it, cleaver.

He might just be a jerk (A few of them are known to exist ;-) )  He might have a screw loose.  He might have been scared and looking for an excuse to chicken out at the last minute.

The main thing is, as long as you're ok.  Don't let this rude jerk's bluster fool you.  It's his loss, although it's a shame you had to be treated so rudely.

Tried to come back but by then I was so turned off I just declined & booked someone else.
F him.
I usually assume they didn't have the donation & had no intention of giving it so perhaps you may bave dodged a bullet in more ways than one.

If you are insecure I don't know why you are stunning.

That said, there may be a very simple reason that you experienced what you did.  Check the guy and see if he has done any reviews.  It is entirely possible that HE is the insecure one.  If this is new to him he may have built up fear and at the moment when you open the door he chocked.  telling you "you are not the girl in the picture was easier than telling you that his balls just sucked themselves into his belly.  just sayen

However it was not due to feelings of misrepresentation in my pictures. I had advertised months and months prior to the event of a special for my tour in that city. I placed a new current ad with no special for that tour. The client came in and insisted that he honor the old special rate. I reminded him that the special rate was for that old tour months ago. He then stormed out.... Why did he even show up??? :s
