bad service is bad service and a 1, 2 or 3 rating is enough for that. I think rip-off means theft so it should be used for things like cash and dash, bait and switch, promisinf services and refusing them after being paid, etc.
With consistently bad reviews of some of the local talent on this board, why aren't they classified as RIPOFF's? Does poor service not constitute a ripoff or does the provider have to necessarily steal your money?
